Well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location within walking distance across footpaths into Oxford centre (around 30-35 minutes). Located in a quiet residential area with shops and takeaways very close by. The conservatory is a lovely place to sit and is nice and warm (once we’d worked out the under floor heating!). We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Oxford.

Fantastic property, exactly as described. Fantastic access to public transport links (literally right outside) ideal for trips in Oxford town centre. Clean, comfortable and perfectly designed for our extended family meet up. We were 2 couples and 3 singles so suited us perfectly. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms/toilets and a great size communal area / living room / dinning area. We will be most definitely using this property again. Can highly recommend Gurkha Palace (just down the road) food and service both excellent

The location was convienent. There was enough kitchen pans and utensils for cooking. The house was clean and well presented.

Positive: Everything as described and clean! Even brought us some new bed sheets since one set was missing.
Negative: Only thing that could be changed is that there could be cozier lights in the living room, since the ceiling lights are very bright and not too cozy. But everything else was great.

We had a lovely few days celebrating a 60th birthday. Easy to walk to pub and bus stop to travel to Oxford. Lovely location, very beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped and had loads of crockery. Stairs are a bit tricky, especially up to the attic rooms, there is a bedroom on the ground floor if you have mobility issues. Only item to highlight is that the bath towels were small, so if you want one that goes round you take your own.

You could not want for a better property to stay in for your trip to Oxford and the Cotswolds
Positive: The flat is exceptional. It has a great location and is within easy reach of Oxford Centre, Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds. Kidlington has good facilities within walking distance of the flat. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our stay. The Flat is very well equipped. The host was great. We had a slight problem with the hot water on the first night, and although I messaged him at 23.19 hrs, I got a reply back straight away with instructions on how to adjust the boiler to fix it. I was not expecting a reply straight away but his prompt reply meant virtually no impact on the enjoyment of our stay.
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing that we had was that the Flat was too warm at night. For some reason the thermostat control kept reverting to 25c. because the flat is so well insulated, it took a while for the temperature to drop to a lower setting. However, this did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

The place was great, exactly what we needed. The house was very clean, although some decorations (hanging pictures etc) have seen better days and could have been updated, but that is very minor. Overall the whole house was well equipped, was nice and clean and had everything we needed there. The host was responsive and we truly had an amazing time !

We stayed in Thrupp for a family 70th birthday with family traveling from around the country to meet up. This was a lovely peaceful location to enjoy celebrating, with great walks along the canal into Kidlington also.

The house was really clean and loads of room. Two couples and a friend stayed and ate together each night. Really well equipped kitchen perfect for getting local food and cooking. Really nice area and quiet street! Was warm and spotless.

Positive: A comunicação com o anfitrião fluiu muito bem, sendo passadas todas as orientações da chegada, acesso ao imóvel e outras informações relevantes. As cama eram confortáveis, as toalhas de boa qualidade e a cozinha bem equipada.
Negative: Não tem nada a ver com a acomodação, mas vale ressaltar que eu “Apanhei um pouco” para apreender qual a rota de ônibus que atendia a região, inclusive, comprei tickets da Cia errada, mas que depois me reembolsaram. O sistema de transporte de Oxford é subdividido, então tem a empresa A, que faz determinada região e a empresa B, que faz outra, sendo os tickets diferentes entre elas.

Really handy location, not far from the centre of Oxford and easy to get to by bus. It was good to have a private parking spot on the drive. The apartment was really warm which was appreciated on a snowy cold day. It was really quiet and peaceful. The showers were fantastic and the supplied toiletries were appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Positive: Well insulated - super warm, clean and aesthetically pleasing so made me feel comfortable
Negative: Bed size is on the smaller end, sofa is a bit hard (slightly uncomfortable) and shower is quite small but all in all it’s a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located especially if you want to visit Blenheim Palace. The nearby pubs are very decent too. We will come back if visiting this area again!

We needed a place to stay in the Oxford area that was a step up from a single hotel room, to accommodate friends and have lounge space between activities we were attending over several days. The apartment is part of a small complex of four. It provided all that we needed, the hosts were fast at responding to questions, and reasonably flexible in regard timings. We would recommend this hire to anyone seeking similar accommodation.
